Regular Ground shipping is free for orders over $49.99 (some restrictions apply). This offer EXCLUDES Some motorcycle stands . Check the item’s product detail page for eligibility and available shipping options. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order unless otherwise specified. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium sized packages for additional charges. The specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after you enter a shipping address. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received before 3::00 PM Centeral Time (1:00 PM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Overnight and 2-Day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date of shipment for any possibility of claim.

We do not collect tax, tariffs or duties on international orders. If applicable in your country, it is your responsibility to pay these fees.

Please note: Due to various brand restrictions, not all brands sold on Fly-N-Cycle, Inc are eligible for international shipping. Items that cannot be shipped outside the USA are generally marked as such.
Note about Freight Forwarders: If you prefer to ship via a freight forwarder located in the USA of your choosing, Flyncycle.com only assumes responsibility for the shipment to and/or from the freight forwarder.

- Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include Fly-N-Cycle, Inc.. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
- Returns & Replacements
- Unless it is our mistake, all refunds are subject to a 15% restock fee. Exchanges have no restock fee but we do require you to pay for shipping on the new item. However, mistakes may happen and on such cases we will replace any wrong item at no extra cost to the buyer. Please read our shipping and return policies below. Your satisfaction is our goal; we stand behind all the products we sell. Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order. We shall issue a replacement for the defective part at no extra cost to the customer. However, the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his own expense.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Contact Customer Service at 1-815-562-4620 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping label.
Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip (receipt).
Write the RA number that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification. Items without RA will not be issued any replacements.
Mail the package back to our corporate address. The buyer is responsible for the any return shipping cost incidental to the exchange.
Please note that return mailing labels obtained from us are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Customer Service and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
Your return will be processed as soon as we get the item back and inspected. No Exchange after 14 days of receipt of merchandise. A buyer is allowed to exchange the original item only one (1) time for an item of equal or lesser value. You may call our Customer Service at 1-815-562-4620 for additional information.
