Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order..
We accept credit card payment through Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, American Express and Discover. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, USPS mail or through Fly N Cycle, Incorporated's secure online system.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone and will appear on your order summary as you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout. Shipping Fees will be finalized once the total number of packages and weight are confirmed. If there is a difference in cost from the stated shipping fee you will be contacted by email or phone. International orders must include buyer's phone number. We only ship Global Express, 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery Schedule We will make every effort to ship products within 2 business days of receipt of payment. We will notify buyer if there is going to be a delay in shipping.
Back Orders Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. All merchandise is subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Partial orders may be shipped but will incur additional shipping fees.
Tax Charges All orders to be shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged Illinois sales tax. If you are exempt from paying Illinois sales tax, please call to place your order.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee The manufacturer of the product provides the warranty on the product not Fly N Cycle, Incorporated. If the product you receive becomes defective please contact the manufacturer to arrange for warranty repairs. If you have difficulty contacting the manufacturer please contact Fly N Cycle, Incorporated and we will try and rectify the problem to everybody's satisfaction.

Returns Policy Fly N Cycle, Incorporated is not responsible for shipping damage or loss of item during shipment. If item is damaged in shipping customer is responsible for making claim to USPS or UPS for full refund. Refunds are based on the original purchase price. Shipping is NOT refunded. Please contact us first before returning any item to obtain a return authorization. Return the item in the original condition that you received it in within 3 weeks of receipt and we will refund you the full purchase price minus the shipping charges and 15% re-stock fee. Fly N Cycle, Incorporated will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition. Fly N Cycle, Incorporated makes the final determination whether the items are suitable for return or exchange. Fees of 15% from the product retail price will be charged for re-stock. The item must be returned to us for inspection prior to issuing a credit. Please do not send item back without contacting us first and obtaining a return authorization.
