One piece solid construction means that the
stands are manufactured from uncut continuous tubing, supplied ready-to-use
stand - they are not a multipart product requiring assembly.
This superior production method minimizes
potential weakening and movement of the stand, as compared to a conventional
multi-part sport bike paddock stands. All
stands are constructed from 1.26” / 32mm OD cold rolled steel @ 0.055” / 1.4mm
wall thickness (0.075” / 1.9mm on head lift upper section) and incorporate
internal reinforcement steel plugs for increased stand stability and strength.
Leading technology CNC tube benders are used in the tube forming process
ensuring optimum accuracy. All stands feature strong, oil resistant, injection
molded polyurethane wheels for ease of movement, and are complemented by a
durable black powder coat finish.
Front stands include 5 Head pins to fit
most sport bike models. All hardware
undergoes a zinc-coating process to prevent corrosion. *13mm / 15mm / 16.5mm /
